Terms and Conditions Workshop Attendance

1. Acceptance for all workshops is at the discretion of the facilitators.
2. Numbers are limited: first come, first served.
3. Registration is done via the web site unless otherwise stipulated; on receipt of registration an invoice is generated.
   
4. Full payment must be made on receipt of the invoice: only proof of payment secures attendance.
5. Workshops may not be recorded.
6. The facilitators reserve the right to condense the dates (if there is more than one of the same workshop) into one, should attendance numbers dictate accordingly.
7. No refunds are applicable under any circumstances; if the delegate experiences a crisis of a grave nature and notifies the facilitators at least 48 hours prior to the workshop, 50% of the amount may be carried forward to a future workshop; 50% is non-refundable/transferable.
8. The facilitators reserve their right to cancel a workshop should insufficient numbers be attained. Registered delegates will be notified 7 working days prior to the event; they may choose to receive a refund or transfer the amount to an alternative date/workshop.
9. Delegates agree that the facilitators cannot be held responsible for the application of the information after the workshop; it is the delegate's responsibility to apply the knowledge thereafter.
10. The content of the workshop, in its entirety, and any accompanying documentation, is the property of the authors and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without written consent from Jacqueline Brook.

Terms and Conditions Audio Workshops

1. The sale of the audio files is at the discretion of the facilitators.
2. Prices are depicted in ZAR; this changes for foreign currency payments to accommodate exchange rates.
3. The order is placed via the web site; on receipt of the order an invoice is generated.
   
4. Full payment is made on receipt of the invoice: products are not released without proof of payment.
5. Audio files and any notes provided (where applicable) may not, under any circumstances, be shared with a 3rd party.
6. The facilitators cannot be held responsible for the technical/operating systems used by the purchaser.
7. No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.
