I practice sound business principles and ethics: terms and conditions are transparent, establishing comfortable client/practitioner parameters thereby eliminating confusion.

Face to Face Consultations:

• Astrological charts require extensive preparation: payment is made prior to the consultation and serves as confirmation thereof.
• Proof of payment and birth details are forwarded to me within 48 hours of scheduling the consultation and with immediate effect if the consultation falls within 48 hours.
• Failure to do so may result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled.
• Clients are most welcome to bring a recording device to the consultation.
• Horary and Natal Election charts do not require a face to face consultation and are conducted as distance consultations.
  

Distance Consultations:

• Payment is made when my services are contracted and proof is forwarded to me.
• Upon receipt of proof of payment together with any personal details I request, work commences.
• The deliverable for horary services is 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays; for all natal services it is 7 working days.
• If urgent I will endeavour to assist where possible but it is likely that the fee will increase. This equates to “same day delivery” fees implemented by most companies when current work is stalled to accommodate pressing issues.
• A natal consultation is usually sent to the client in the form of an audio file; thereafter we liaise via email/telephonically/Skype to conclude the consultation.
• Horary assessments are sent to the client via email only.

Workshops and Events:

• The payment process for workshops for individuals is outlined here.
• For corporate companies a memorandum of understanding is signed by both parties; payment terms are depicted therein.

Important Information:

• I accept credit card payments using the PayGate system: only Visa and MasterCard are accepted; no debit cards. Should you wish to pay using your credit card, this must be indicated to me.
  
• You will be sent a payment request or PayBill via email which contains a link to a secure PayGate payment page.
• You are required to key in your credit card details on a secure payment page hosted by the PayGate payment gateway.
• Credit card transactions are authorised immediately and settled to my bank account overnight.
• Payment can also be made via EFT from a cheque/savings bank account.
• Upon booking your consultation you will receive an invoice from me depicting my bank details.
• Please note that fees for international clients are higher to accommodate banking fees.
• The fee payable is for the specific astrology service requested; I cannot invest time in additional work at no charge after the service has been honoured. 
• Should the client need to reschedule the appointment, 48 hours' notice must be provided. The consultation must be rescheduled within 2 months of the initial consultation as appointments are not carried forward further than 2 months. This applies to all methods of consultation. 
• No refund of fees is applicable under any circumstances; at the end of a consultation the client is asked if he is satisfied with the service provided - his indication thereof indicates mutual agreement that the full service has been honoured.
• If a client fails to arrive for an appointment without notifying me of his intention to do so and still wishes to consult with me thereafter, a new fee is applicable.
  
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all questions or areas of concern have been addressed satisfactorily during the consultation. Should additional services be required thereafter, they will be charged at the applicable rate.
  
• I do not discount nor is there a discounted fee for repeat business - each chart is allocated the time and respect it deserves.
  
• My services are contracted by the client who has approached me for the specialized services that I offer.
  
• Astrology is highly accurate (although I am not infallible); therefore if the client does not wish to know the answer he should not ask the question.
  
• Incorrect answers can be derived from a chart if the client fails to disclose all of the pertinent information; it is the client's responsibility to ensure I have all the relevant information in order to be able to apply my skill appropriately.
  
• I do not accept third party questions as this equates to voyeurism. If the question posed about someone else has no immediate bearing on the client's life, it is a third party question.
  
• I reserve my right to amend these Terms and Conditions as I see fit.
