The Gem Stone Therapy Collection General Instructions:

1. Wash each one as per the instructions below before use.
2. Don’t use stones simultaneously; use one stone at a time as instructed below.
3. The stone must touch your skin as often as possible, if it has holes string a leather or rope thong through and wear it around your neck. Alternatively, hold it/touch it throughout the day; when not in contact with your skin, keep it near you at home or at work where you can see it.
4. The stone can be placed in your mouth and sucked – but do practice good hygiene.
5. Sometimes a stone may not agree with you: if you find you are abnormally agitated or out of sorts, it is not agreeing with you and you must cease using it; kindly let me know if that occurs.
6. The stone must be washed after use that day by holding under running water, wiping with your thumb until the thumb “sticks”.
7. Don’t let others touch your stone without cleansing it before you wear it again, and do not share your stones with others: stones have memory!

The Gem Stone Therapy Collection Specific Instructions:

1. Use the prescribed stone for that day.
2. Be aware of the stone throughout the day, focusing on the colour, the planetary signatures of the physical body and the other holistic factors ruled by the stone which are listed below.
