- Upon receipt of the order an invoice is generated: the invoice depicts the bank details for EFT payments.
- I accept credit card payments using the PayGate system: only Visa and MasterCard are accepted; no debit cards. Should you wish to pay using your credit card, this must be indicated to me.
- You will be sent a payment request or PayBill via email which contains a link to a secure PayGate payment page.
- You are required to key in your credit card details on a secure payment page hosted by the PayGate payment gateway.
- Credit card transactions are authorised immediately and settled to my bank account overnight.
- If payment is in a currency other than ZAR the purchase price will be provided on submission of the order; the international payment purchase price accommodates banking fees and exchange rates.
- All postage costs are for the purchaser’s account.
- No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.
- Damaged products will only be replaced on receipt of the returned article.
- Goods are only dispatched upon receipt of payment.
- I do not discount nor is there a discounted fee for repeat orders - each product is allocated the time and respect it deserves when formulated.
- While every precaution is taken to ensure the products are beneficial for the individual purchasing them, I Jacqueline Brook, cannot be held accountable for adverse effects, should any arise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain the necessary medical information and consent from their medical practitioner if existing conditions are present.
- I reserve my right to amend these Terms and Conditions as I see fit.
