- Payment, in full, must be made by the due date; only proof of payment secures the attendance.
- The facilitators reserve the right to condense the dates, if there is more than one of the same workshop, into one workshop should attendance numbers dictate accordingly.
- No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.
- If however the delegate experiences a crisis of a grave nature and notifies the facilitators at least 48 hours prior to the workshop, 50% of the amount may be carried forward to a future workshop; 50% is forfeited.
- Delegates agree to provide their own lunch.
- Delegates agree to provide all information required on the registration form.
- Delegates agree that the facilitators cannot be held responsible for the application of the information after the workshop; it is the delegate's responsibility to apply the knowledge thereafter.
